Shipping

We calculate shipping costs for large products that may require custom transport treatment before the order is completed. We take care of this personally through email with the customer.

Shipping costs may vary as they are calculated based on the size, weight, destination country/region, and the shipping costs may fluctuate based on daily changes in the exchange rate.

Smaller products (i.e., cushions, vases and other small accessories) have a flat shipping rate (excluding country-specific taxes and duties).

– Within the Netherlands: €15,00 including insurance service

– EU countries: €50,00 including insurance service 

We only ship to the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping outside of EU countries:
For shipping options to countries outside of the European Union, such as the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, please contact us directly, as these may require a tailored approach.

Customs and Duties
If the customer’s delivery address is outside the Netherlands, they may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Country-specific taxes and duties are not included in the product price. Note that the customer will bear all charges of this nature. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of rules and regulations that could apply to the products they are buying in the destination or transit regions/countries.
